IDEAL only works on a select number of projects every year. Because of this we are very selective in the projects we work on. We don't just look for great ideas, but also for projects and teams with a high level of alignment to our core values and principles.
Our projects are high intensity. We work full-time, in multi-week sprints. We move quickly and nimbly, typically in teams of two or more. You're not just hiring us to do the work for you. Instead we collaborate and work hand-in-hand with you and your team.
We bill weekly at a rate of $4,000-$5,000 per week per person. We're highly flexible. This rate can fluctuate depending on length of project, skills needed, project impact, and other incentives and factor.
